1.android.permission.DEVICE_LIST：
在应用程序菜单“照相机”，应用程序需要读取手机的设备列表，使用户可以添加第三方设备应用到此处
There is a menu"CAMERA" in the app, app need to read the device list on the smart phone so that user can add the 3-part APP together
2.android.permission.CAMERA：
摄像头功能，通过扫描QR码输入设备ID，另外，用户需要启动摄像头为其个性化APP图像拍照
Camera function,it is used to input the device ID by scan the QR code, and also user need to start camera to take a photo for its personalized APP image
3.android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE：
阅读智能手机的IMEI，它用于通过IMEI和MAC识别每个用户（APP推送需要）
Read the IMEI of smart phone, it's used to identify each user by the IMEI and MAC (app push need)
4，android.permission.READ_CONTACTS：
当用户点击APP上的“监听”按钮时，阅读智能手机的联系人列表，同时拨打预存的报警器电话号码。所以他们需要使用这个权利。
Read the contact list of smart phone, when user click the "LISTEN IN" button on the APP ,APP will guard users to contact list. Usually user need to save the device number in advance in the contact list, so they need to use this rights.
